Step 1 - Finding a product: The products on our website are categorised for your convenience. On the homepage, you will see the various product categories. Simply click on the category and you will see the available products for that category.
Step 2 - Adding to your Paypal shopping cart When you have a list of products displayed on the screen, click on the link "View details" of the product you are interested int. From here you can add the product to your cart by selecting the colour and size where applicable, select the quantity you require from the quantity dropdown and then click the ADD TO CART button. This will take you straight to your cart (opens in a new window) where you can review all the items in your cart. You can remove an item from your cart by ticking the REMOVE checkbox beside the relevant product and then clicking the UPDATE CART button. You can also change the quantity by typing in a new quantity into the quantity field and pressing the UPDATE CART button. Filling in a quanitty of 0 and clicking the UPDATE CART button will remove that item from your cart. If you want to continue shopping simply click on the CONTINUE SHOPPING button. If you are ready to checkout then click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
NOTE: If you continue shopping and then wish to view your cart at any stage, click the MY CART link on the right hand side of the pink navigation bar.
Step 3 - Checkout with Paypal When you are ready to checkout, click the MY CART link on the right of the pink navigation bar. Then click on the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button.
If you have a Paypal account, login to it at this stage.
If you dont have a Paypal account, simply fill out the form provided. Click the Review Order and Continue button.
Follow the steps on the screen. We ask that you provide a phone number in case we need to contact you for any reason regarding your order. This is therefore a required field.
Once payment has been completed, you will receive notification of a successful transaction. You will also receive a receipt of the purchase by email.

Delivery:
We will make every effort to despatch goods as quickly as possible. If there is any change to the quoted delivery time, we will inform you by email.
Delivery for the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland
* Delivery times are based on items being in stock. We do our best to ensure all items are in stock but in the event that an ordered item is currently out of stock, please allow 7-10 days.
** Delivery prices may change if delivery items are heavy or bulky (see below).
We reserve the right to change these charges without notice. In the event where we have taken an order, charged carriage and are unable to ship for this cost, we will contact you immediately and give you the new cost and the option to cancel the order.
Delivery for outside the Rep. of Ireland, Northern Ireland and UK
On receipt of the order, we will calculate the shipping cost and contact you with this information within 24 hours. If you are satisfied with the quoted carriage cost, the order will be processed immediately. If not, you can choose to cancel the order.
Heavy and/or bulky items
For some products, the regular shipping rates may not apply. This may be due to the size, shape or weight of the items. We will contact you within 24 hours if we cannot ship these items for the quoted carriage costs. We will advise you of the revised delivery costs and at this stage have the option of cancelling the order.
Returns
If you are returning an item, you must include the original invoice with the goods - without it, the return will not be accepted.
The return must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
The goods must be in perfect, saleable condition. All goods are subject to approval.
You must state the reason for the return.
On receipt of the goods, we will refund you the cost of the goods.
Carriage for returned goods is at the customers' expense (unless the goods are proved faulty) - we recommend you get proof of posting as Curvy Fillies will not be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Personalised or made to order goods can not be returned.
If the reason for the return is a fault with the product, we will send you a replacement or we will refund you the cost of the product and the cost of the postage.
If you wish to exchange an item, the return of the item is at the customer's expense.
Additionally, the customer will be charged for carriage on the exchanged item.
